'The Vicar' project comprised of a new main floor area containing multiple bars, dining area and a commercial kitchen. In addition, a Gaming Room, Function Room, Bottle Shop and storage basement will be incorporated in the complex. External lighting and various other services will be installed to the complex carpark.
